Generally I give into 'nice' fantasies where I have a GF and friends and Im doing ok. Yet, in the right context, these feelings are completely natural. My dark fantasies are always like apocalyptic, and I have power, Im surviving and I can turn away the people who could of helped me in real life. These emotions make you dislike yourself and others, and reduce your confidence and self-esteem, and general life satisfaction.Įmotions that can become negative are hate, anger, jealousy and sadness.
